Continental United States

We offer complimentary UPS Ground and USPS Priority shipping service on all orders $50.00 and above with shipping addresses within the United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually require 24 hours for processing. Order placed on Saturdays & Sundays will begin processing the following business day. Orders submitted before 3 pm EST with 2nd Day or Next Day Air shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order ships.

If an item cannot be shipped for any reason, a customer service specialist will notify you within 24 hours from receipt of your order.

All orders should have the same bill to and ship to address and it may require additional processing time to confirm your details with your card issuer.

APO & FPO

All shipments to APO & FPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority and due to military handling times, delivery may take up to 21 days to some locations. 

INTERNATIONAL 

All orders shipping to outside the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be considered International Shipping and must have the same billing and shipping address. Product and shipping prices displayed on this website do not include any applicable taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by the recipient’s country. The recipient is responsible for all import duties and taxes that may be applied by local governments; these fees must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival. NADRI, Inc. is not associated with these fees and is unable to advise the amount of these charges to you. Please contact your local postal service for further information.

    RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

    NADRI’s top priority is customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept a return of your online order up to 14 days after the receipt of product by providing free returns service via UPS (Continental United States Only). All items must have the item label attached and not have been worn, used, or damaged and in its original condition and packaging. Items are eligible for a store credit for up to 30 days after the receipt of product in the form of a gift card certificate to be redeemed at a later date.

    Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International Orders:

    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free return service for return and store credit. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge and all customs/duty fees.

    To submit a return, please follow the instructions below:

    1. Email returns@nadri.com or call +1-201-585-0088 (ext. 263) and let us know what item you would like to return and the reason for the return.
    2. You will receive an email confirmation with a Return Authorization Number, Return Instructions and Prepaid Return Label.
    3. Follow the instructions to complete the return and drop off the package at your nearest UPS store. Make sure you get a copy of the receipt for future reference.
    4. Return must be returned in one shipment within 1 week of receiving the Return Authorization Number.

    Returns will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of your item(s). A confirmation email will be sent to you once your return is processed. Please allow up to 10 additional days for the funds to be credited to your original form of payment. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them using our specified method of delivery.
