All orders placed from November 19th through December 25th may be returned for a refund through January 15th.

Our hope is that you love your Nadri pieces and wear them for years to come, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out or you may change your mind after making a purchase. We are happy to accept returns on all unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of order for a refund or within 30 days of receipt of order for store credit. Items must not have been worn, used, or damaged and must be in the original condition and packaging.
A return processing fee of $5.95 will be deducted from all domestic refunds. This fee helps cover the costs associated with handling and processing returns. The return processing fee will be waived if returning for store credit.

Send Back Your Return By Mail
Use the link above to start your return process. Select the item(s) you would like to return and choose whether you would like to receive store credit or a refund to your original payment method. A return processing fee of $5.95 will be deducted from all refunds to original payment.
For your convenience, you will have the option to download and print a return shipping label or generate a QR code that can be scanned at participating USPS locations (no printer necessary). The QR code must be generated on the same day that you submit your return. If you do not choose to generate a QR code on the day you submit your return, then you will need to use a printed label. Securely pack your item(s) for shipping, using the original shipping container if possible and take it to your desired USPS dropoff location.
Mailed Returns will be processed 5-7 business days once we receive them back. This does not include transit time which may vary. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your return is processed. Please allow up to 10 additional days for the funds to be credited to your original form of payment. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them using the return label or QR code provided. As stated above, shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. We are unable to refund any shipping charges or international tax, customs or duty fees. These charges will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
