Returns and Store Credit
Your Satisfaction Is Our Top Priority
Our hope is that you love your Nadri pieces and wear them for years to come, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out or you may change your mind after making a purchase. We are happy to accept returns on all unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of order for a refund or within 30 days of receipt of order for store credit. Items must not have been worn, used, or damaged and must be in the original condition and packaging.
Beginning on March 1, 2025, a return processing fee of $5.95 will be deducted from all domestic refunds. This fee helps cover the costs associated with handling and processing returns. The return processing fee will be waived if returning for store credit.

Send Back Your Return By Mail
Use the link above to start your return process. After selecting the item(s) you would like to return, click "Next Step" and then "Submit Your Return". You will need to download and print the label, box up your item(s) and drop off the package with the carrier noted on the label.
Mailed Returns, including "exchanges" will be processed 5-7 business days once we receive them back. This does not include transit time which may vary. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your return is processed. Please allow up to 10 additional days for the funds to be credited to your original form of payment. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them using the return label provided. As stated above, shipping charges are non-refundable, and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible to be returned.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. We are unable to refund any shipping charges or international tax, customs or duty fees. These charges will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
