How do I care for my sterling silver jewelry?
All of our sterling silver jewelry has been finished with either rhodium or 18k yellow gold plating to protect the pieces from tarnishing. Sterling silver will tarnish when exposed to salt, air, or products containing sulfur. For those reasons we recommend the following care instructions:
- After each wear, clean with a soft cloth and store your jewelry in separate pouches to protect the metal from scuffing.
- Refrain from using abrasive materials such as polishing cloths and cleaning solutions which are harmful to the jewelry’s finish.
- Avoid contact with cosmetic products such as hairsprays, perfumes, lotions or other agents that can dull the luster.
- Remove jewelry before showering or swimming to maintain the jewelry’s brilliance.
Will I receive a pouch with my jewelry?
For the safe keeping of your NADRI jewelry, we carefully package each piece in our branded jewelry pouch, which also contains care instructions.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Absolutely! During your checkout process, you will have the option to include a personalized gift message with your order. This message will be handwritten on a gift card for your recipient. If you have already checked out but forgot to attach the message, give us a call or send us an email. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we will gladly include the message for you.

When will my order deliver?
Deliveries will only occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays that are observed within the United States. A confirmation email will be sent to you after your order ships along with the tracking information. You may also register at NADRI to track your orders and manage your account.
What do I do if my jewelry needs repair?
With proper care, we anticipate that you will enjoy your jewelry for a long time. However, in the event that you come across any problems, please contact our customer service representatives at email@example.com or 1-201-585-0088 and they will be able to further assist you.
What is NADRI's return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns for your online order for up to 14 days after receipt of the product by providing free return service via UPS (Continental United States Only).
