Absolutely! During your checkout process, you will have the option to include a personalized gift message with your order. This message will be handwritten on a gift card for your recipient. If you have already checked out but forgot to attach the message, give us a call or send us an email. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we will gladly include the message for you.
Shipping & Returns

Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge depending on your shipping location. Please refer to our Shipping page for additional information.
Deliveries will only occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays that are observed within the United States. We are unable to offer Saturday delivery. A confirmation email will be sent to you after your order ships along with the tracking information. You may also register at NADRI to track your orders and manage your account.
NADRI’s top priority is customer satisfaction. We offer free returns service on eligible items for customers in the United States. Returns are accepted on unworn items within 14 days of receipt of order for a refund or within 30 days of receipt of order for a store credit. Items must not have been worn, used, or damaged and must be in the original condition and packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To preserve the beauty of your precious metal plated jewelry, we recommend removing it before showering or swimming, while using harsh chemicals or cleaners, and during any active sports activities. Avoid contact with cosmetic products such as hairspray, perfume, lotions, or other agents that can dull the luster of your jewelry.
Store your jewelry separately in a pouch and avoid using abrasive materials and cleaning solutions as they can be harmful to the jewelry’s finish.
All of our products are nickel-free. Many of our earring posts are surgical stainless steel, however some posts are cast in brass or silver with either 18KT gold or rhodium plating. If you have a question about a specific style, please reach out to us at customerservice@nadri.com.
With proper care, we anticipate that you will enjoy your jewelry for a long time. However, in the event that you come across any problems, please contact our customer service representatives at customerservice@nadri.com or 1-201-585-0088 and they will be able to further assist you.
Rewards
Below are some common questions about our rewards program
Joining the NADRI Rewards program is easy (and free)! Sign up with your email through the Rewards page. We recommend signing up when you make your first purchase, but you can join at any time - there is no minimum spend required to be a member.
Upon joining, you'll receive 100 points! Each purchase you make afterwards will contribute towards your point total. Just be sure you log in with your Nadri Rewards account to earn points, redeem points and enjoy the benefits of being a part of our community.
You’ll earn points each time you shop on Nadri.com. You’ll earn one point for each dollar you spend, excluding shipping fees and taxes (rounded down to the nearest dollar). Please allow 48 hours for your points to appear on your Account page. You can earn points even when purchasing E-Gift Cards, however, you will not earn points when redeeming an E-Gift Card. Points can only be earned on products purchased on our website (http://www.nadri.com). Purchases made at any other locations will not accrue points.
Higher tiers are able to earn points at a higher rate. Our Silver Tier VIP's enjoy earning 1.2 points per $1 spent, our Gold Tier VIP’s earn 1.3 points per $1 spent, and our Platinum Tier VIP’s earn 1.5 points per $1 spent.
There are also activities and actions you can do that can help you earn additional points, like following us on Instagram or Pinterest, liking us on Facebook, leaving a review or signing up for our exclusive SMS club! Take a look at the "Ways to Earn Points" section for more details. Please note that points earned through actions don't apply towards your tier status. Tier status can only be earned through purchases.
You'll start out on our Rose Tier, and then be able to level up to a new tier like Silver, Gold, or Platinum. To enter the Silver Tier, you need to spend $200+ in a year and place at least 2 orders. To enter the Gold Tier, you need to spend $750+ in a year and place at least 2 orders. To enter the Platinum Tier, you need to spend $2000+ in a year and place at least 3 orders. Kindly allow 14 days for new tier status to take effect. Your tier status will last 1 year from the date you earned it on a rolling basis.
For example, if you earned Silver status on 06/15/22, you would keep that status through 06/15/23. If you were in the Silver Tier and then earned Gold status a few months later, your Gold status would be a year from the date you earned the Gold Tier. Once your tier status expires, if you are no longer eligible to remain in your current tier, you will drop down one tier (you will not need to start over at the Rose tier!)
Your Nadri Rewards points will expire after one year unless you continue to engage in the program. Placing a new order or completing any of our other Reward Activities will keep your points from expiring. Don’t worry, we will remind you when your points are getting ready to expire!
Once logged in, you can check your point balance in the “Rewards History” section of your account.
Once logged in, you will see your current tier status in the VIP Tiers section.
You can redeem your points by logging in to your account and clicking “Redeem Now”. Next, click “redeem” beneath the reward to reveal a code that you can then copy and paste into your order at checkout. *You must copy and paste the code in order to apply the reward*. If you don’t use your Reward code right away, you can always access it later under the “Rewards History” section in your account. You must purchase at least one item in order to redeem points for a discount.
Unfortunately, our website only allows one discount code to be entered per order, therefore you will only be able to apply one reward per order.

No problem! Click "Forgot Password?" to reset your password. From there, you'll need to verify your email address and we'll lead you through the process to get you back into your account. If you're having any further issues, please email us at customerservice@nadri.com and we'll be happy to help.
Unfortunately, you cannot transfer points between two accounts. You can accrue points on 2+ separate accounts (depending on which account/email you're logged in with while shopping), but we recommend only using one account to maximize your points!
If you earn points for a purchase that is later returned, those points will be deducted from your account. If you return an order that you purchased using redeemed points, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your account to use next time.

For our VIP Tier Members, the best way to stay up to date on offerings is to subscribe to our email list and SMS Club. This is where you'll hear about offers, gifts and discounts that are exclusive to you.
Absolutely! We love to celebrate our loyal customers. In order to receive Birthday points, be sure to update your profile with your birthday and make sure you're subscribed to our emails. When your birthday arrives, we’ll add your Birthday points to your account and send you an email notification letting you know and wishing you a Happy Birthday of course! Kindly note that if your birthday falls within 30 days after the date you add it to your account, your birthday points will be delayed up to 30 days.
First, make sure you're signed into your account in order to redeem your points. Second, make sure to copy your redeemed reward code into your order at checkout. Kindly note, only one discount code can be applied per order, so if you already have another promo code applied you will need to remove it in order to apply your Reward code. Every 150 points is equal to a $5 Reward.
If you were part of our previous Loyalty and Rewards Program, you will be automatically enrolled the new one and all of your existing points will be carried over as well. Tier eligibility for members of our previous loyalty program will be based on purchases made from January 1, 2022 forward. In order to receive points for a Product Review, it must be completed after a purchase of the item, through the link that we email you requesting a review.
I’m trying to refer a friend but getting an error message.
You’ll only be able to refer a new user. You cannot refer a friend who is already a member of our program, and you cannot refer yourself.
