I loved the earrings. However I am unable to wear clasp closing. I thought it was a spring clasp . My effort to try to get a return authorization and shipping label was SO time consuming that I gave up. I am unable to go to a store and I need someone to just go to UPS. The earrings will be a lovely gift since I can’t wear them.
If I had purchased the same earrings at Amazon, they would be on their return ride. Please simplify your information.

It's okay. It's a tad too big for everyday wear. The earring posts are a little weak and bend easily.
