This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Nadri, Inc. (collectively, “Nadri”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, stores, uses, and discloses personal data about you, how we use it, how and when it may be shared, the rights and choices you have with respect to your personal data, how we communicate with you and how you can make requests or submit inquiries to us about your personal data.

Nadri is a jewelry wholesaler and retailer known for fashion and fine jewelry. Its products can be found in department stores or online.  

WHAT DOES THIS POLICY COVER
This Policy applies to personal data we collect both online and offline, including personal data we collect through our websites, including nadri.com and nadriwholesale.com (collectively the “Sites”), in connection with any of our mobile applications and other products and services we provide you that reference this Policy (together with the Sites, the “Services”), and any other interactions you may have with us including at or through conferences, events, visits to our offices, electronic newsletters or communications.  
In this Policy, “personal data” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with or reasonably can be used to identify an individual or household and other data that is linked to personal data or is otherwise defined as “personal data,” “personal information,” or “personally identifiable information” by applicable laws. 

This Policy does not apply to any products, services, websites, or content that are offered by third parties or have their own privacy policy.

We are not responsible for the security or privacy of any information collected by these third parties. By signing up to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive automated messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from Nadri at the mobile number you provided, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. This may include recurring and nonrecurring text messages related to marketing, promotions, products, events, cart reminders, special offers or other Nadri-related news, as well as other information that we think will be of interest to you. You may opt out of sales, sharing, or targeted advertising associated with your email address, or other information we may disclose to our advertising or other partners so they can show you ads that are more relevant to your interests, by visiting this form and submitting the required information. Depending on your state of residency, you may also have the right to opt out by visiting our Services with a legally recognized opt-out preference signal enabled, such as the Global Privacy Control. We will stop collecting any personal data from you via cookies or other tracking technologies that have been set on our Services or block them entirely when we receive a Global Privacy Control signal. Please note that you will need to opt-out again if you use a different device or browser or if you clear your cookies.
●    Nondiscrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

California “Shine the Light” Disclosure 
The California “Shine the Light” law gives residents of California the right under certain circumstances to opt out of the disclosure of certain categories of personal data (as defined in the Shine the Light law) with third parties for their direct marketing purposes, or in the alternative, that we provide a cost-free means for consumers to opt out of any such disclosure.
