The bracelet is beautiful and as pictured. As several people have stated, the bracelet is large but I took it to a jeweler and they made it smaller by removing some of the bracelet segments. I’m very happy with the bracelet and received many compliments on it.

You would think the business would upload a video or directions for there clasp since it’s such an issue that many of their customers are unable to use or wear there bracelet. I bought this bracelet which is gorgeous, not reading the reviews. Now that I have the bracelet in my possession and I can’t figure out to wear or open it, it’s very frustrating. The fact that they haven’t resolved this issue by posting a video or giving directions on how to use the product, just shows how they run their business. The product is beautiful, but not worth poor business practices. Save your time, patience and money. Do not order anything from this brand.

Our pieces are designed with security in mind, so the clasp is made to be very secure while wearing. To open the bracelet, gently snap open the clasp at the sparkly section on the band—using your fingernail can help lift it more easily.
