I purchased these earrings to wear at my daughter’s wedding. I had been searching for the perfect earrings when I saw their ad on Instagram. I purchased the earrings and unfortunately there was a mistake at the warehouse and the earrings were shipped by ground instead of 2nd day air. They would arrive too late for me to travel overseas for my daughter’s wedding. I immediately emailed customer service to let them know the earrings would arrive too late and I would be requesting a full refund (even though the purchase was a “final sale.”) I was prepared for pushback but the shipping snafu was on their end so I was hopeful they would do the right thing. To my surprise, customer service CALLED me when they received my email! They apologized for the mistake and offered to overnight a replacement pair. I gratefully accepted! They also emailed me a prepaid return label so that when I returned home I could easily return the original pair.
The quality of the earrings was really beyond what I expected. They were the perfect size (which was depicted correctly in the model photo on their website) and I received so many compliments! I w definitely will be a return customer and highly recommend NADRI.
