    Don’t work with my necklaces

    These extenders are beautiful however they did not fit the necklaces I needed to extend. I did not realize you only have 14 days to return and now am stuck with them. I’m out $100. I would have gladly taken a store credit.

As noted in the item’s product description, the extenders are designed to be compatible specifically with our 2.5mm and 3mm tennis necklaces that have the same clasp (including the Perfect Tennis 2.5mm and 3mm CZ necklaces, as well as the Hollywood Statement Necklace), and are not universal.

    Really love the extensions however you should offer different lengths. I had to buy 3 to get the length my boyfriend needed. Other than that it is a beautiful extension and works great
